You agree to use the Service solely for legitimate medical-related needs and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You shall not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to providing false medical information, misleading MedLink or medical institutions, or infringing on the rights of third parties.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal and medical information. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
If you have an account, you may terminate it at any time by contacting MedLink at contact@medlink.center. MedLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service (or any part thereof) without prior notice if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in any conduct that MedLink deems harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. MedLink will retain your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
MedLink shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages related to medical advice, treatment outcomes, or service interruptions. You acknowledge that medical decisions are ultimately your responsibility and that you should consult with qualified medical professionals before making any medical choices.
MedLink may update these Terms from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction over MedLink’s location (Software Park, Beijing, China).
